Cal Poly Pomona's top-ranked Collins School of Hospitality Management is a gift that keeps on giving. Graduating seniors are scooped up by elite employers before the commencement singers have begun to rehearse. This month, the Alumni Spotlight is tracking the career of alumnus Dominic Donatoni, hospitality management '04, who currently serves as director of room operations for Aliso Creek Inn in Laguna Beach. His work at the ocean-front resort encompasses everything from monitoring staff at the front desk to sweeping through the extensive grounds with the maintenance crew. 
Also demonstrating the breadth and scope of Cal Poly Pomona graduates is Roxanne Rosas, theater '05, who takes her education onboard the Princess Cruise Line as a production technician for its many entertainments. When the Alumni Spotlight swings in her direction, it will have to go behind the curtains because that is where she can be found. It may also have to go a great distance, as this alumna has traveled the globe as she sets the stage for impeccable customer entertainment.
