Inland Empire Transportation - Is the region ready to cope with higher energy prices and mandates to reduce greenhouse gas emissions? Hear what the community is saying about this and other issues relating to regional traffic and commuting.

Perception of Threat from Terrorism and Crime in the Inland Empire – An exploration of opinions on these issues as they pertain to local and federal government and law enforcement. How does political affiliation impact the perceptions of threat?

The Impacts of Affordable Housing in the Inland Empire – How is the current housing market affecting workforce retention? This research will take a close look at available land along key transit corridors and the responses from local realtors and community leaders.

Regional Trends in Inland Empire Housing - How and why they vary across different local areas. This presentation will also look at default and foreclosure data, as well as housing data, providing current patterns and preferences for housing consumption.

Logistics and Distribution – With over 900 distribution centers in Southern California , what are the issues that impact the logistics and trucking industries? How can technology improve efficiency in the Inland Empire , impacting those people that rely on our transportation corridors?

Moderated by John Fasana, City of Duarte representative to the Foothill Transit Board

Public Opinion on Controversial Issues – A detailed probe of the public's perspective on some of the region's most controversial economic and social issues. The research will be correlated with various demographic characteristics of those surveyed as well as respondents' political party identification.
