As a good networking resource and campus reconnection outlet, Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association chapters serve the cultural and practical interests of alumni. Alumni can choose from nine active chapters* — or perhaps even form a new one. Chapter activities benefit not only the members themselves, but also the university and Cal Poly Pomona students as well.

Rose
Float The biggest event for the Rose Float Alumni Chapter is of course the annual joint float project built by Cal Poly Pomona and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. A new, grand design changes every year, and debuts in the annual Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena on New Year's Day. Past Cal Poly floats have won Tournament awards, including the parade's Theme Prize in 2003 for the universities' entry "A Sundae Afternoon."
